Network config

After the fixed IP is saved, the login page will be opened automatically with the new IP.

In DHCP mode, you need to check the latest IP from the OLED screen.

Password setting

If you forget the password, it can only be solved by restoring the factory settings (press and hold the DEF button after startup)

Application scenarios

Due to the memory pre-allocation mechanism of the HiSilicon solution, the default memory allocation solution may not meet all scenarios. You can switch according to the actual scenario. The default scenario can meet most requirements.

Regular maintenance

Sync to PC: Synchronize the encoder with the visitor's system time

NTP sync: Synchronize with the NTP server every time the machine is turned on (need to be able to access the external network and configure the correct dns)

reboot time: The time for automatic restart, usually not needed, it can run 7x24 hours. If more complex functions are used, timing restart can keep the system in the best working state.

Port config

Static port: Fixed port of system service, cannot be modified

Reserver port: An alternate port can be added to access the corresponding service. It is meaningless in most cases and does not need to be set.

NAT port: It is mainly used for correct display of "Playback Address" on the "Output Settings" page when the encoder performs external network mapping and is accessed from the external network.

Remote Assistance

When you encounter problems that cannot be solved in the manual during use, after getting confirmation from customer service, you can apply for remote assistance from our engineers, click "Start Assistance", obtain a random authorization code from 0 to 999, and send the authorization code to Customer service can.
